Welcome to the Keto Mom page. We are prepped and ready to go for our Thanksgiving! We are having 25 people sitting here tomorrow, eating turkey, ham, and all of the food.
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that you are prepped and also you're ready to go. All of my stuff is prepped, and I've got four tables and a whole bunch of space for people to sit. I'm ready to go! How about you?
Also, I've had so many people asking me about eating keto... "Are you going to stay low carb or keto?"
A lot of people are nervous about parties and food, so I want to let you and encourage you on a couple of things.
Number one, if your goal is to stay keto, low carb, or stay somewhat on track. If you want to enjoy yourself more but don't want to overdo it. Use the "Either" or "Option".
Instead of having the pumpkin pie and the apple pie, you could do the pumpkin pie "or" the apple pie.
Instead of having mashed potatoes and all of the bread. You could do mashed potatoes "or" bread. "Either or Option".
