Do you then feel like you need to do the same thing if you want to have your dream bod?

Here’s the thing

You and I both know that I don’t believe in diets

But what I do believe in, is an approach

There are different approaches that you can take on your journey that will help you lose weight

But it is NOT a one size fits all

Often times with these popular “diets”, if you stop eating that way…your progress is lost

So in my opinion, if you are trying to better yourself by going on a diet, but it doesn’t LAST…

It does not work.

If you cannot do something for the rest of your life…don’t even bother doing it for a day

So what approaches are sustainable and will help you lose weight?
