Just like fitness isn’t a one size fits all, neither is nutrition
What works for some, might not work for others
So why are we taking these ideas so personally?
Does it ACTUALLY matter what time you eat?
Short answer….no.
That bagel that you are going to eat has the same amount of damn calories whether you eat it at 9am or 11pm
