Because of this, the scale became the biggest deal ever
Waking up in the morning, stepping on the scale, holding your breath hoping to see a lower number than the day before

Why do we place so much importance on the scale?
It’s because historically, society has equated weight with health
But as we get older and learn more data, we start to realize…
The scale doesn’t mean sh*t.
