Genesis 3:6
6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate. (Esv)

Sin = Rebellion Against God and his principals
When Adam and Eve sinned in the garden, they hid themselves because they were no longer God Conscience but Self Conscience. Aware of evil and open to commit sin.

The Tri-unity of man is the Body, Soul and Spirit. Our souls are crying out for help because it isn't content. That little voice you hear is God but because its so faint, is because we aren't connected with the life giver. It's time to return back to our first love.
To the life giver, his word is bread and living water .. its LIFE! (John 6:63)
You deserve a good life and it starts with what goes in and comes out of your mouth.
Prayer for eliminating gluttony
God, please help me see where my appetite needs to be put in check. Help me rely on you and give me self-control based on my love for You over food and any otherworldly thing. Amen.
