there is so much suffering in the world because we are avoiding or suppressing our emotions. the simplest way to allow the emotions: notice how you're feeling and actively allow the feeling to exist. you can say to yourself "i am feeling X and that is ok". it doesn't mean you have to like the emotion. you're just allowing. i also share in this episode some ways to process the emotion further.
