Surf on any social media page or even on popular fitness blogs, and they'll sell you the idea that in order to get to high performance you need to do some crazy complex workout program. Oh, and don't forget the ego boosting or busting super complex exercises that get tons of likes on Instagram and Facebook (Hello high box jump and heavy squat and deadlift!).
But if you're after real performance enhancement, and peak performances, it's actually a very different story.
