Summer is officially here, and that means it's time to hit the heavier weights (by RPE, or course!) and to get in some plyometrics alongside, to help get your power and strength on the bike or run up! But this goes against pretty much all "common knowledge"! In-season should be just my sport and "core work"....Not if you're looking for your best performances! But the Amount of heavy lifting and plyometrics you do matters, as does the quality of each.
