Description

As August winds down, and fall hastily approaches, many of us feel that we SHOULD be looking forward to the cooler days of fall, and the longer endurance rides that it often entails....yet that excitement to get out and ride is waning, and the appeal to stay in bed a little longer seems to be winning more often than naught.

This episode shares a few thoughts on End of Season Burnout and fatigue, and offers a few uncommon approaches in how to deal with it. While some are uncommon simply in their timing, others just aren't main stream (yet).
