Spending a long time sitting in front of your computer can negatively affect your health and well-being.

In this episode, I will give you 5 tips to help you take care of yourself if you spend a lot of time in a sitting position.

1. Set a reminder to move your body from time to time, stretch, do some movement, and walk some steps.

2. Practice regular physical activity such as walking, cycling, swimming, dancing, or any other activity you like.

3. Pay attention to your eating habits and your diet: Eat more vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins, and avoid processed food and sugar snacks!

4. Optimize your workspace.

5. Have a regular sleep schedule.

These tips can have a significant positive impact on your health and well-being.
