Sometimes we think that working hard will help us to have the career and the life we want. Dedicating all the time to work and underestimating taking time to prepare healthy meals, rest, sleep, and spend time with others can be disastrous to our well-being.

Ignoring our physical and mental health can have negative consequences and we may feel frustrated, overwhelmed, and not fulfilled. These disagreements can lead to depression, turning to food to find comfort, or other addictive behaviors.
