In this episode, I want to talk about some physical health problems employees can suffer if they don’t feel good in their workplace. For example, fatigue, lack of sleep, exhaustion, headache, and back pain.
These can be due to the lack of fulfillment, unhealthy relationships with their managers or co-workers, or because of the corporate culture.
In some workplaces, minimizing the comfort of employees can be a strategy to diminish the value of the employees and make them feel small. You notice that in the difference between your office’s equipment chair, and desk and of your manager.
If you are experiencing some physical pain even if you have never known any health problems, I invite you to examine your workplace comfort and all the other aspects of your situation.
