Here are some negative effects of toxic relationships:

1. Emotional effect: Toxic relationships can involve emotional abuse, manipulation, and control. You can feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, and depressed.

2. Being in a toxic relationship can cause you constant stress. This can disrupt your sleep, and your inability to focus on work or other important tasks.

3. Physical health problems: such as headaches and fatigue. Which can weaken your immune system.

4. Financial problems: Toxic relationships can also lead to financial problems because toxic partners may control the finances. If it’s in a workplace, a toxic relationship can sabotage your career and earning potential.

5. Trauma: The toxic relationship can cause lasting trauma that may require professional help to heal.

My friend, it’s important to pay attention to the quality of your relationships in and out of your workplace.
