- Genetic
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Hormonal Changes
- Menopause
- Insulin resistance
- Stress
- Insomnia, poor sleep
- Junk food, Processed food,
- Food Addiction
- Being engaged in yo-yo dieting
- Certain medication
- Medical issues such as Depression, Binge Eating Disorder, Thyroid, etc.
If you have always been slim and suddenly you started to gain weight without modifying your lifestyle, your nutrition, your workout, etc. it’s very important to do a general medical check-up to see what is going on in your body. Because some diseases cause weight gain.
Some symptoms can appear in your daily life. For example, if you feel tired, have a bad mood without reason, or start to notice some changes such as hair loss. It's time to ask the question why?
In this case, before starting to think about losing weight, it’s very important to know the root causes, so that you can treat them efficiently.
