Many people think of their fitness and their weight occasionally:  New Year, summertime, birthday, marriage, etc.

This approach has negative impacts physically and emotionally. It causes a lot of frustration and yo-yo effects on your body. The reason why it’s time to stop to think about your physical and mental well-being in terms of occasion and season and start to make it your daily concern.

You take care of your well-being physically and mentally here and now. Don’t wait for January or another occasion. Each day is a new occasion to make a good choice in how to nourish your body, your mind, your heart, and your soul.

Each season has its characteristics and needs. For example, fruits and vegetables in winter are not the same as in summer, that’s why it’s key to eat local products of each season. The same thing in terms of the seasons of our life, our needs in nutrition, fitness, and energy are not the same in our 50s as in our 20 years.

We take care of our physical and mental well-being by living in the present moment and focusing on our needs in each season.
