What is forgiveness?

Psychologists define forgiveness as a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness or not. On the heels of murder victim Botham Jean's family displaying public acts of forgiveness to their loved one's killer, the Intellects talk about forgiveness, and what that looks like to them.

Is it for you? Is it for the person that wronged you? Is it hard to forgive? Should it be? Is it okay to hold a grudge if you're not ready to forgive? The Intellects discuss.

Speaking of the Botham Jean trial, the guys also discuss the tragic, fatal shooting of key witness Joshua Brown and the strange circumstances surrounding his death. Was there a cover-up? Should the Dallas PD be excluded from the investigation?

Plus, Donald Trump pulls out of Syria, Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey tweets support for Hong Kong protesters while the NBA is in China for exhibition, 79 year-old inmate Samuel Little confesses to 93 murders making him the deadliest serial killer in US history, and Snoop Dogg brings strippers to campus...
