Speaking of COVID, the vaccine is out and a few “symptoms” have appeared on the horizon (6:50). We add some commentary from a vaccine professional that doesn’t plan on taking the shot until 2022. Wouldn’t you know it, Facebook (10:20) is in the news again spying on iPhone through the Instagram application. Unfortunately for FB the federal government is presenting a case simultaneously to break them up because they are too big. (pause)
In the state of Texas the are considering forming a new “Union” that is comprised of states that are full of patriots (14:15). In other news, the state of California is forwarding a bill to force new police officers to have a four year degree (16:00).
A question for our listeners, did the Church begin cancel culture with it’s self-righteous nature (30:00). We continue the conversation to discuss the Osteen church taking a $4.5 million PPP loan even though they are exempt from federal taxes. This week in politics there is some good news out of Georgia with early voting up 23% from November 3rd. The political conversation turns to Biden “clapping back” to Civil Rights leaders.
Body positivity is in the news again centered around Lizzo and he post around taking a 10 day juice detox (45:00). The “community” is upset with her choices, but we think she should be balanced and take whatever steps to remain healthy that she chooses.
The dirty mackin' hall of fame with LL Cool J coming in as the GOAT. Ultimately the conversation turns to accountability for the males.
Of course, the show then turns to love and relationships with a litany of takes on choosing a partner. Mr. Damn Himself rounds out the conversation about dating with a list of 20 characteristics that he is looking to fulfill and find in his dating life.
