Description

Alexander The Great was merely his nickname, but he sure lived up to that title... at least when it came to warmongering. Born in July, 356 BC, in the ancient Greek kingdom of Macedon, Alexander The Great impacted the historical world in ways that seem almost unfathomable. His warfare record was perfect: he never lost a single battle.

He conquered the eastern Mediterranean, Egypt, the Middle East, and large parts of Asia in an incredibly short period of time, ushering in significant cultural and historical changes in the lands that he conquered. By far, one of the most famous names on the HOTB list, yet so very few know the details of his story outside of his bloody victories. Join Cam and Jen in the 8th episode of History Out Of The Box as we discuss the turbulent, violent, and spectacular life of Alexander The Great.

History Out of The Box strives to connect our listeners with the echoes of our collective past, discussing the good, the bad, and the ugly associated with famous historical figures.
