Our thoughts have A LOT of power! Power to change your mood for the good or bad, power to start changing our mindsets, and power to start taking charge of our attitudes and actions! While we may not be able to control much, we do have the ability to stop the thought spiral. Tune in to hear some ways we can start to stop the spirals. I don't think we like being negative so let's start intentionally shifting our thought patterns to the positive! We also jump into a bit of a rabbit hole on what our thoughts in general sound like to ourselves as well as some fun common misconceptions that we may or may not believe.
