Ben is an owner at Durkin’s Liquor Bar and Madeleine’s Cafe & Patisserie alongside his mother Deb Green and his sister Megan VanStone. Both locations are located right next to each other on Main St in Downtown Spokane. They formerly were owners of Casper Fry as well in the South Perry District, before they sold the location to Adam Hegsted from the Eat Good Group. We talked about his early life accomplishments in Cross Country and how he found himself becoming the owner of some of the most prominent and renowned restaurants in the Spokane area!
