Shane Thompson is the owner and creator of Swell Coffee, with two locations in the Spokane Valley. They also own a sweet mobile coffee truck which they take to local farmers markets and recently they have been contracted with Live Nation to serve coffee behind the main stage to VIP guests at the Gorge Amphitheater! We talk about his upbringing, his time working for a youth focused non-profit, how taking slams in snowboarding relates to life and business, and the unexpected struggles he faced starting Swell Coffee.
