On episode 30 we have the pleasure of sitting down with the one, the only, Jim Pappas of Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure.
Jim has been sampling Philly cheesesteaks for over 4 years. He has tried over 1,000 to date. It's appropriate that we would go to Jim for a little cheesesteak advice as to who's making fantastic steaks in Delco. He does a March Madness Cheesesteak tournament where 64 sandwich producers are represented. The tournament is broken up into 4 regions.
