For episode 30 we had an amazing time talking with John Minicozzi of Johnny Paisano's in Springfield. For Johnny, owning a restaurant had always been a dream. As he rose the ranks as a chef he kept owning his own place in the front of his mind. Going back all of the way to helping his grandmother in the kitchen, he's always been a foodie. In his restaurant he gives people what he loves about food. They do it all from A to Z. From catering to dine in to take out. There is something for everyone on the menu. Their food is scrumptious!
