Phillip Breen and his wife moved to Ridley Park during the pandemic. During their daily walks they saw a vacant building that was formerly known as the Burgundy Lounge. They determined that this would be the perfect location to open up Rosemary. Head chef Elijah brings his experience and provides guests with creative, good food done well. It's an upscale feel with flavors that we all know and love, executed the right way.
