In our 20th episode we sit down with Christine Brayton of Roz and Rocco's Restaurant. Christine has a vast amount of experience in running restaurants. The idea of owning their own restaurant was planted very early on for Scott and Christine. The passing away of family patriarchs, Roz and Rocco inspired them to open a restaurant and pay homage and respect to their accomplishments. Their grandmother's bring the traditions, recipes and flavors to the menu. Dining at Roz and Rocco's provides a really authentic Italian American experience.
