We often hear about the importance of setting personal boundaries. However, did you know that there are actually different types of boundaries, rigid and flexible.

When we found out about this, this got us thinking. If boundaries are set in place so that you are your best self. Should you ever be flexible with your boundaries.

This is what we’re going to discuss today because up until this episode, both of us thought boundaries had to be rigid. Is there a point where too many boundaries can make you inflexible? If they are flexible, then why have them as a boundary?

Many of us go through the motions every day, not realising that our stress, frustration, and burnout might be because of HOW we are setting our boundaries.
