Sam is a 28 years young design and manufacturing engineer at his family company INOMACH located in Brisbane, Australia, established in August 2015. First time I met him during my study abroad program in Brisbane back in February 2016. Sam talks about getting a bunch of responsibility in his early 20s before actually graduating from University. He went throug a lot of pressure and anxiety in the first years of running a business and then the COVID pandemic hit Australia, too. Listen to his advice from all the experiences collected over almost a decade of working hard, but also explaining the great benefits going this path like he did.
