Tara shared about what the ministry is, how she got involved, and how she was impacted by this ministry. Heather has also been involved with Exhale, and they share testimony of the positive ways God is working in the lives of women who attend. Exhale also has something they call “mentor moms,” this brings in a multi-generational ministry, where moms will be encouraged by women who have "been there."
We talk about what you need to run the program and what might it look like in a small church setting.
