Description

This episode is with Davina Rajoopillai, the co-founder of film and cultural content studio, BADLANDS.

BADLANDS exists to create films and campaigns that make people of today feel seen and heard. Their vision is to disrupt and progress culture through human-centred storytelling. Most recently, that looks like their partnership with Rexona and Sure, Breaking Limits, a multi-year programme celebrating the power of movement. Davina is also the founder of R.A.W [Racism At Work] - a racism and equality initiative to build environments which help better people of colours’ mental health, particularly within the advertising and creative industries.

We talk about Davina’s career to date, and how she began working as a D,E&I consultant through her work in marketing, events, and comms. Davina shares her plans for BADLANDS and R.A.W and so much more.
