Jack delivers his famous answer to Harry's pop quiz -- "Shoot the hostage." We'll just call this Chekov's Hostage for now until we can return to it in a few minutes. Jack remains convinced that Payne will blow the brakes and action is needed, but Harry remains equally obedient. They retreat back up the ladder, much to the consternation of the hostages and the confusion of Payne.
