Mac pulls up to tell Jack about the problem, and then Norwood informs him that it is a BIG problem -- like a two-bus-length problem. Mac tells Jack about the problem in a fairly subdued manner, and then tries once again to unload the passengers. Annie pesters Jack for information, and he informs the passengers about the upcoming problem.
