Jack tries to find the right place to finish attaching the battery, before discovering the bad news -- it is a collapsible circuit that will cause the bomb to detonate anyway. Fortunately, just at that moment Robin comes in with a news clipping unmasking our mysterious bomber -- Howard Payne! He lives close by, so they decide to abort the disarmament plan. All is well, right? Well, not quite -- more tire rubber causes mayhem with the little red sled. Annie sends Terry and Ray to the back to look for Jack.
