Annie slowly but surely helps Jack regain his cool. But he moves quickly from denial and anger to depression and acceptance, declaring that everyone on the bus is going to die. Annie continues consoling him as he turns to face the passengers grimly. In his grief, Jack drops his eyes and finds a major clue on Annie's sweatshirt -- the University of Arizona. Turns out that Payne's pet name for Annie has some hidden meaning!
