The effects of many chronic diseases are often unseen, so what if there was a superhero who was invulnerable to physical harm but had to fight to stay alive because of his own body?
That's the premise of the comic book miniseries "Ripple Effects," and we're excited to talk to the series creator and writer Jordan Hart! We talk to Jordan about this series, his own battle with the incurable blood-clotting disease thrombophilia, having to choose what to trim out of lengthy scripts, and much more.

Suffering from an acute case of type 1 diabetes, his invincibility is offset by a defective pancreas that must be monitored and treated daily.
