Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse ... our next guest has worked with them all and then some!

The Squares were excited to chat with Mike Deodato, Jr., a longtime profesional comic book artist who has had a prolific career. He's worked on everything from Incredible Hulk to Batman to Lady Death to Jade Warriors, and now he's brought his talents to AWA Studios. With AWA, he recently won an Eisner for "Not All Robots," and helped kick off their new Resistance Universe. Now the first issue of his newest series, "Red Zone," hit stores on March 1 to rave reviews!

In this episode Ben and Paul chat with Mike about his past works, the differences between working on corporate-owned and creator-owned comics, and of course his newest comics for AWA.

Here's the official description for "Red Zone":

"Randall Crane, an unassuming American professor of Russian and Slavic Studies at NYU, is called in by the US government for a secret international mission back to Russia, where his long-buried secrets come to light. When his support team of commandos is ambushed and killed, it’s up to Randall to fight his way out of Russia using his 'particular set of skills.'”
