In this episode, the guys review the Viking comic book "Seidr."
Revelation Comics' "Seidr" follows a group of Vikings on one of their pillaging sprees. A deal with Odin eventually leads to their leader falling for a völva, a Viking witch. From there, let's just say things do not go as planned.
"Seidr" was written by Michael Nunneley with art by Tosin Awosika and letters by Guido Martines. This indie comic book is available now at Global Comix: https://globalcomix.com/a/revelation-comics/comics. You can also support Revelation Comics on Patreon at https://www.patreon.com/OmenComics.
Here's the comic book description: "In the spring of 792 AD, a Viking king named Ingvar and his small army from Kust, a city in what would one day be called Sweden, are at the Danish city of Iskyst in search of riches from King Victor. But things do not go as well as King Ingvar and his fighters had planned. While in the land, King Ingvar gives a vow of love to a volva, only to break it at great cost to his family, his fighters and his kingdom."
