Tom Cameron is a multi-disciplinary athlete based in Melbourne, Australia. He has had a large amount of experience competing in powerlifting, indoor rowing, crossfit and most recently strongman. In 2022, Tom was crowned champion in the u90kg Australian Strongman Nationals, hence why he is the perfect guest to discuss methods behind strength training! Tom has also had over 5+ years experience coaching as a personal trainer.
