Chris Tyler is a professional strength and conditioning coach, and owner of Strength Synth, a boutique personal training studio in the northern suburbs of Sydney. Chris specialises in athletic training techniques that he helps his clients with on a daily basis to optimise their health and fitness. What makes Chris a unique coach, is that he played college basketball for several years chasing his dream over in the USA. 

Chris and I discuss his journey from college athlete to gym owner, and we share some valuable insight into how you can apply these very techniques to maximise your own training!
