Recently I woke up and just felt off; I didn't feel like myself and was in one of those funks we're all familiar with. In this week's episode I talk about rhythms in my life that help me feel better and keep me grounded. My intention is that these rhythms will encourage you to brainstorm what you can implement that would serve you well OR remind you of what you need to re-implement that you know would make you feel better.
