Another week, another winery! But don’t worry, this isn’t just another hum-drum visit. This week we sat down and drank some wine in Avila Beach at the Sinor La-Valle tasting room. We learned how to correctly pronounce the name, more about biodynamic wine, and got to try a pet-nat, which you don’t normally see around here!
