December 3rd, 2003. 38-year-old Federal Prosecutor Jonathan Luna tells his wife and two children he needs to head back to the Baltimore courthouse to finalize a plea agreement for the next morning. He finished up around 11:30 pm. Instead of returning to his home in Elkridge MD, he drove over 100 miles and was found deceased the next morning in a creek in rural Lancaster County, PA.
