30-year old Eric Haider was at work with a crew on a sewer main project in May 2012. He requested his upcoming vacation time be approved, but the foreman declined since he was a newer employee. It was assumed Eric was upset about this and walked off the job when no one could locate him afterwards. With his lunchbox and uncashed paycheck still at the job site, his family knew this wasn’t the case. Three years later, a horrifying discovery is made which was right in front of them the whole time.
