December 31 2010, the body of 66-year old Jack Wheeler was found by employees at a landfill in New Castle County, Delaware. Jack was a prominent Washington DC insider, a graduate of Harvard, Yale and West Point Academy and presidential aide to Ronald Reagan, George Bush, and George W Bush.
