Aerodynamic drag acts against you as soon as you start moving. It simply costs more energy to move forward when you are less aerodynamic. The same is true in sports from running and cycling, all the way to MTB. Today we're joined by professional coach and aerodynamics guru, Michael Liberzon. In this episode we give you the skinny on how important aerodynamics is for you, and some simple ways to measure or assess improvement.
