Aaron sat down with Michael Ashford of Fit Dad Fitness! A picture is worth a thousand words, and one picture in particular caused this dad (Michael) to snap! While traveling for business with his wife and son a picture of Michael shirtless on a beach was taken, his response to that picture caused a chain reaction and ultimate life transformation! Aaron and Michael discuss the obvious, which is fitness, as well as the importance of bringing the family (especially your wife) along with you on the pursuit of a vision/goal/dream. During the recording of this interview there was an uninvited guest that decided to join Aaron and Michael, it causes just a little frustration (it’s worth laughing about now).
