Sara and Rachel interview Erika Weight, another stepmom. Erika is a school teacher who speaks openly about the struggles of stepparenting and the emotions that go along with that struggle. She has a frankness about her that allows us to get right to all the relatable things about stepparenting, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
