Meghan and James came back from a break, groaning a bit as we picked this book back up. We had briefly forgotten how bad the writing of this book really is, as we have read other books in our break!
This chapter brought along a discussion of racism, how every character acts like they're in middle school (and yet makes a self-realized comment about their juvenile ways), and whether or not the "bar fight" was deserved.
