Today I am talking about Kundalini Yoga and in particular a breathing technique that is called Breath of Fire. I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga years ago, probably in the early 90’s, and I had some DVD’s that I used to play all the time. Have I dated myself yet? Lol Anyway, over the years I moved away from it, but always continued practicing yoga, but just not that style of yoga any longer,
I decided about a month ago to switch up my routine and go back to practicing kundalini yoga. The very first time I tried Breath of Fire again, I couldn’t believe how good I felt after I stopped. Meanwhile while I was doing it, and I was thinking to myself that I hope I wasn’t going to pass out. What I found out about Breath of Fire and all of it’s benefits.
