Neck and shoulder pain is such a prevalent issue, I wanted to share with you some acupressure points for everyday maintenance. You may have noticed the use of acupressure instead of acupuncture. That was intentional. Acupressure is a treatment that uses many of the same points as acupuncture but without the use of needles, and it is something you can do for yourself in times of pain and discomfort.
