Discovering Mindfulness in Letting Go: Releasing what no longer serves you is a challenging yet necessary journey. I understand it's easier said than done. Allowing yourself to grieve the loss is crucial, but when happiness eludes you in a person, place, or thing, it's time to bid farewell. Setting goals can guide you in the process of letting go.
It's perfectly okay to release an object that has lost its purpose, possibly finding a new life with someone else. Avoid revisiting places tethered to painful memories. Grant yourself the freedom to detach from people who have caused harm, allowing you to move forward without reliving past hurts. If needed, don't hesitate to seek assistance, including professional help.
"As a mentor, it is important for me to share with you mental wellness is not the same as emotional wellness; I am here to help your emotional well-being and be a happier person. It is not to say there isn't some crossover but my focus is to motivate you to find your healthy happy from within and be in better touch with your daily emotions. Life teaches us life skills, but we also need the tools to take care of the task properly."
